If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Whoops a Daisy Florist, we are here to help.
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item to discuss a possible return by phone.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must still be in its original packaging and in same condition it was delivered in.
- You will need to retain your receipt and delivery documents, should they be supplied.
- Reasons eligible for returns include:
- Incorrect item/s
- Missing item/s
- Damaged items/s upon arrival
- Item/s not lasting as reasonably expected/described
- Reasons not eligible for returns include:
- Item no longer wanted
- Item no longer required
- Item exchange requested
- If an item/s is/are returned for replacement, we will look to have the item returned to us for inspection.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/s.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement item/s to be sent to you.
- We do not offer refunds on purchased items, but in circumstances of disappointment as detailed above, will replace faulty/damaged/incorrect items.
- If an item is returned without contacting Whoops a Daisy Florist to discuss the issue first, shipping costs will not be refunded.
- If an item is returned following contact with Whoops a Daisy Florist, and the item is not eligible for replacement, shipping costs incurred by yourself will not be refunded.
- All shipping cost refunds are offered at the discretion of Whoops a Daisy Florists, and must be agreed upon prior to return in any case.
